So I plan and pay for a surprise birthday party for him. Not only did his friends stiff me for $100 worth of alcohol, I wasn't thanked once, wasn't told that he had fun, nothing.

Today, I bust my ass doing chores, he sits on his ass watching TV. I ash him to help put away the groceries, he REALLY can't because he's playing a video game.

Why am I still here?

Bought a $42 printer and he goes in to a screaming rage over it. Apparently a house can't contain more than one printer, especially one that's actually functional. And I haven't asked him to get ink about a million times or anything. So miserable.

I'm going to start an experiment. C has a pile of clean clothes on the floor that he never bothers to put away, and picks his daily "outfit" from said pile. He also has a dresser FULL of clothes. I'm going to start taking one shirt out of his dresser and toss it in the 'donate' pile, and putting a shirt from the floor in its place. Let's see how long it takes him to notice. Maybe I'll even take pictures.
